more than 150 countries. The project was to implement the new web application for the internal

users to improve the efficiency of the system (L2B/CMS) to maintain the agents profile and to

keep track of awarded points and manage the points earned for bookings worldwide, promotions

for hotels, agents issues and delete inactive agents accounts.

Roles and Responsibility

 

Acted as a liaison between the technical team and the business partner in support of gathering

and documenting requirements, developing process flows, writing use cases, specifications and in writing user guides to meet project objectives for web application supporting project (L2B) goals.

The Ticket Processing System provides the customers with the functionality to reserve their

ticket after a visual experience. This facilitates the airline staff tracking of the tickets reserved at

various branches, providing the management the ability to track and process orders. The project

was to automate the Manual Test Cases for TPF functionalities. The aim was to improve the look

and feel in the front end, and improve the efficiency of the reservation system in the backend.
