Carlson hospitality is the world famous group of hotels having more than 1500 properties in

more than 150 countries. The project was to implement the new web application for the internal

users to improve the efficiency of the system (L2B/CMS) to maintain the agents profile and to

keep track of awarded points and manage the points earned for bookings worldwide, promotions

for hotels, agents issues and delete inactive agent’s accounts.

Roles and Responsibility

 

● Acted as a liaison between the technical team and the business partner in support of gathering

and documenting requirements, developing process flows, writing use cases, specifications and in writing user guides to meet project objectives for web application supporting project (L2B) goals.

● Supported to improve the LookToBook (L2B) efficiency. Assisted the project team with

designing and implementing features to enhance the look and feel in the front end, and

increase the efficiency of LookToBook system in the backend.

State of Nebraska (DHHS) currently engaged in implementing Federal and State level mandates

to achieve timely compliance. The projects were to upgrade the system from ICD 910

and to compliance with federal required Administrative Simplification for the EFT & ERA transaction to improve the utility of existing HIPAA transactions and to reduce the administration cost with the goal of creating as much uniformity in the implementation of the electronic standards to meet CORE Phase III.

system extremely easy to use. Users can submit issues, applications, view initial decisions,

perform manual review and suggest updates/solutions to functions, order vendor products,

generate financial documents, and book reservations or credits to the appropriate system of

record, all with a single automated system.

 

The Ticket Processing System provides the customers with the functionality to reserve their

ticket after a visual experience. This facilitates the airline staff tracking of the tickets reserved at

various branches, providing the management the ability to track and process orders. The project

was to automate the Manual Test Cases for TPF functionalities. The aim was to improve the look

and feel in the front end, and improve the efficiency of the reservation system in the backend.

 

Roles and Responsibility
